Maxi has been HACCP certified since 2001. We believe that a formal, structured HACCP system is the most effective way of managing and controlling food safety hazards in the preparation and handling of food and food products. We thoroughly verify and test our ingredients and products from start to finish. What's more, the HACCP 7 rules are applied daily to give our customers the confidence that the products have been produced hygienically and safely. We also utilize a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system at Maxi to ensure quality.  |

The Child Nutrition Labeling Program (CN) is a voluntary U.S. federal labeling program for the Child Nutrition Programs. This requires an evaluation of a product’s formulation by FNS (USDA) to determine its contribution toward meal pattern requirements in United States schools. Maxi is proud to take part in this program.  |

At Maxi, your good health is important to us. Our products are now par-fried or fully cooked in canola oil, and most are totally free of trans fat. Trans fat is a type of fat formed when liquid oils are made into solid fats like shortening and hard margarine, and it has been linked to heart disease. We do not use any peanut, nut, sesame, egg or milk by-product ingredients, providing added reassurance to families living with some of the most common and hazardous food allergies. |

Maxi specializes in frozen, prepared chicken products. We supply retail products under the Yummy® brand name, and produce private label retail products, as well as products for food service operators, distributors and industrial customers. Formed products that can be packed in bags, reclosable bags or in bag-in-box configurations are our primary focus. |
